Lithuanian bomb disposal experts neutralise explosive device at drone crash site

An explosive device was found at the site where a drone crashed in Lithuania and was neutralised by bomb disposal experts.

Details: The experts will continue examining and analysing the drone, Kaunas said.

Background:

On the night of 14-15 September, NATO patrol mission fighter jets shot down an unidentified drone over Lithuania for the first time after it entered Lithuanian airspace from Belarus.
Lithuanian Foreign Minister Kęstutis Budrys said Lithuania will issue a note to Belarus over the incident.
