Poland scrambles aircraft for second time in a day due to Russian attacks on Ukraine
The Operational Command of the Polish Armed Forces reported "preventive operations" in the country's airspace on the evening of 17 September.

Details: As the Polish military reported, the country's air force command "mobilised the necessary forces and assets" at its disposal.

Updated at 20:22. Polish news portal RMF24 reported that the Aeronautical Information Service (AIS Poland) stated that due to military aviation activities, airports in Lublin and Rzeszów again temporarily suspended aviation operations.
