Russians attack Kyiv again, hit Pivdennyi Bridge and damage residential building
Russian forces attacked the city of Kyiv on the night of 1-2 October, hitting the Pivdennyi Bridge again and damaging a 25-storey residential building.

Quote from Klitschko: "The Pivdennyi Bridge has been hit again. Emergency services are heading to the scene."
Details: Klitschko also said that debris had fallen in an open area in the Holosiivskyi district. Windows in a non-residential building and several cars were damaged.
No casualties or fires have been recorded.
Update: According to Kyiv City Military Administration, a 25-storey residential building in the Darnytskyi district was damaged in the Russian attack.

Background:
- On the morning of 1 October, two drones hit near the supporting structure of Kyiv's Pivdennyi Bridge. An early inspection found no critical damage to the structure and the restoration of public transport on the bridge was underway.
