Russians attack civilian ship at Odesa Oblast port, killing sailor

Russian forces have struck a civilian cargo ship sailing under the flag of Liberia at a port in Odesa Oblast. One sailor has been killed and three other crew members have been injured.

Details: A motorman was killed in the attack.
Three other crew members were injured.
A total of 13 crew members were evacuated to a safe location.
The Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority described the attack as yet another Russian strike on civilian shipping.
