The death toll from a Russian missile strike on a residential building in Pryluky on 7 October has risen to 18, four of whom are children. Another 55 people have been injured.

My condolences to all their families and loved ones. Dozens of people were injured, including seven children. All emergency services are involved and working at the site.

Fifteen people were rescued, including one child. There are still people who have not yet been accounted for."
