Quote: "Trump and Putin teamed up to defeat Ukraine and plunder its territory, much like Hitler and Stalin teamed up in 1939 to take Poland. This time, however, the outcome will be completely different."

Background:

• On 9 October, US President Donald Trump said he had had a "highly successful discussion" with Kremlin leader Vladimir Putin and reached an agreement on lifting sanctions on Russian diesel fuel.
• On 10 October, Trump said it is time for Ukraine to get a new president who could strike a deal with Russia.
• Hašek previously called Trump a traitor to the democratic world who cares about nothing but his own benefit.
