Details: Filashkin signed the relevant order on 19 October.
In the Oleksandrivka and Cherkaske hromadas, the curfew currently remains unchanged, lasting from 21:00 to 05:00.
Filashkin explained that this decision is dictated by the security situation. Russian forces are intensifying their attacks on settlements in the oblast, and risks to civilians are constantly growing.
Quote from Filashkin: "I ask everyone to take the new restrictions responsibly, plan their movements in advance, and comply with the requirements of military administrations and law enforcement officers.
I would like to emphasise once again: there have been no safe places in Donetsk Oblast for a long time. I urge people, especially families with children, not to wait for the next attack and to evacuate to safer regions of Ukraine."
