Quote from Semenikhin: "The city has no electricity and most of it has no gas. Educational institutions have been damaged and even our hospital is now running on generators. Water is also being supplied on a schedule: from 06:00 to 09:00 and from 18:00 to 21:00."

Details: Semenikhin added that the situation regarding the electricity supply remains uncertain.

"Unfortunately, there are no forecasts for when power will be restored. No forecasts at all," he wrote.

Meanwhile, Sumyoblenergo said emergency repair crews are working around the clock to deal with the damage caused by strikes on energy facilities. However, the timeframe for the work depends on the security situation and whether crews can access the damaged sites.
