Mobile phone mast and apartment blocks damaged in Vinnytsia, energy infrastructure hit in oblast

Russian forces launched a large-scale attack on Vinnytsia Oblast on the night of 31 October-1 November, targeting energy infrastructure facilities, among other sites. In Vinnytsia, a mobile phone mast, windows in apartment blocks and other civilian facilities were damaged.

Details: In addition to energy facilities, a private warehouse building, a public transport stop and a car were damaged in Vinnytsia.

Emergency workers and power engineers are working to deal with the aftermath of the Russian strikes.

The air attack was ongoing at the time of the report.
