Russia has targeted Ukrainian energy and the oil and gas sector 94 times during the week from 26 October to 1 November.

Details: In total during this time, the Ministry of Energy recorded 208 incidents that caused the destruction or damage of Ukraine's energy and oil and gas infrastructure.
Background:
- On 2 November, emergency power outages have been applied in certain oblasts of Ukraine, with the most difficult power supply situation remaining in Kyiv and Dnipropetrovsk oblasts.
- On the night of 1-2 November, Russian forces attacked a facility belonging to DTEK, Ukraine's largest private energy company, in Odesa Oblast.
