Rules for using materials from the websites of the Internet holding "Ukrainska Pravda"

1. These rules apply to all websites that are part of the Internet holding "Ukrainska Pravda". In particular, Ukrainian Truth (www.pravda.com.ua), TabloID (tabloid.pravda.com.ua), Ukrainian Truth. Life (life.pravda.com.ua), Ukrainian Truth. Blogs (blogs.pravda.com.ua), Economic Truth (www.epravda.com.ua), Historical Truth (www.istpravda.com.ua).

2. All exclusive property and non-property copyrights to information posted on the websites of the Internet holding "Ukrainska Pravda" belong to the online publication "Ukrainska Pravda" and the authors of the publications, unless otherwise indicated in the text. Information refers to all materials posted on the website - articles, author's columns, news, blogs, interviews, etc.

3. Online publications are allowed to use information posted on the websites of the Internet holding "Ukrainska Pravda" free of charge, provided that a hyperlink and mention of the original source are provided no lower than the second paragraph or by other clear indication of the source of information (a tile, logo or full name of the website), which is visible on the first screen of the device (including a smartphone, tablet, etc.). For printed publications, reprinting of materials from the Internet holding "Ukrainian Truth" is permitted on a fee basis and only with the written consent of the editor. For electronic media, it is permitted to use information posted on the websites of the Internet holding "Ukrainian Truth", provided that there is a verbal reference to the original source. The use of information means any reproduction, republication, distribution, processing, translation, inclusion of its parts in other works and other methods provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On Copyright and Related Rights".

4. Any commercial use of information, reproduction of texts or their fragments for the purpose of commercial exercise of the right of access to this information is prohibited.

5. In case of violation of any clause of these rules, "Ukrainian Pravda" reserves the right to protect its rights and interests by filing complaints with law enforcement agencies and lawsuits with judicial authorities.
