A firefight between the Ukrainian Army and a sabotage group of militants broke out near Troitske in the ATO Zone on the night between July 10 and 11, the General Staff reports on Facebook.

"An enemy sabotage group of about 20 people tried to sneak in at the rear of our troops unnoticed," the message says. "Ukrainian soldiers gave the saboteurs a fitting rebuff, and they retreated in panic, leaving their wounded fighters behind. One of them, a citizen of the Russian Federation, private Natan Leonidovich Tsakirov, an Omsk native, died from heavy wounds."

"Two other attackers were arrested. They are currently in a medical facility, receiving the required medical assistance. The arrested militants are the company commander and platoon commander of the Russian occupation troops," the General Staff reports.
