Russian special services are preparing provocateurs, masking them as participants of peaceful processions, Speaker Andriy Parubiy said during a meeting on Monday, July 11.

"The Kremlin is trying to destabilize the situation in Ukraine… We witness how one of the religious organizations that has its spiritual center in the aggressor country mobilizes its numerous believers to Kyiv on July 26, calling it a procession for peace," Parubiy said.

"According to our sources, the Kremlin has already prepared a plan of provocations for July 26. Together with the peaceful believers, they are bringing provocateurs with prohibited symbols and symbols of the aggressor country… Including sporty youths who have a history of participating in church-related attacks."

Parubiy asked the leaders of the Ministry of Interior and the Security Service of Ukraine to "have prophylactic conversations with the organizers of such destabilizing activities."
