As of 5 March, the losses of the Russian occupation forces in Ukraine are estimated at more than 10,000 people.

According to Arestovych, Russian troops thwarted an attempt to create corridors for evacuation in the Volnovakha area. Civilians should wait in safe places until further notice.

Earlier today, Russian troops broke the ceasefire and shelled the humanitarian corridor established on 5 March to evacuate residents of besieged Mariupol.
