Quote from the General Stuff: "The battle for Rubizhne continues on the Sievierodonetsk front. The enemy is trying to improve the tactical situation, seize the city and create favourable conditions for further development of offensive operations in the areas of Lyman and Sievierodonetsk. They made an unsuccessful attempt to storm the settlement of Voievodivka. The Russian occupying forces failed to do it. They went back to the positions they had previously held. "

"In the city of Mariupol, despite the declared "ceasefire", the (enemy - ed.) resumed shelling and its assault on the Azovstal plant".

Details: Most activity by occupying forces on Monday has been observed on the Slobozhanskyi and Donetsk fronts.

There is a high probability of missile strikes on civilian and military infrastructure throughout Ukraine.

On the Volyn and Polissia fronts, the Russian occupying forces have not been active; no signs of  offensive group formation have been found.

The situation on the Siverskyi front has not changed. The aggressors keep FSB [the Security Service of the Russian Federation] border guards at checkpoints and in the border areas of the Bryansk and Kursk regions of the Russian Federation. They are moving engineering and fortification equipment out to defend positions near the state border of Ukraine.

The invaders did not conduct offensive operations on the Slobozhanskyi front. They are continuing to defend their positions. Their main efforts remain focussed on preventing the advance of Ukrainian troops towards the state border of Ukraine.

On the Izyum front, replenishment of material and technical means is being carried out. Units are being prepared for further offensive operations on the Izyum-Barvinkove and Izyum-Sloviansk fronts. The Russian army is conducting air reconnaissance.

On the Lyman front, Russian occupying forces are trying to advance in the areas of Oleksandrivka and Shandryholove.

On the Bakhmut front, Russian troops fought unsuccessfully in the area of the settlement of Toshkivka.

On the Avdiivka front, invaders are trying to improve the tactical situation in the areas of the settlements of Novoselivka, Novoselivka Druha, and Verkhnotoretske. Fighting continues.

On the Novopavlivskyi and Zaporizhzhia fronts, certain aggressors’ units are regrouping troops in order to prepare for further action. They are expected to increase this group with the units that performed tasks in the area of Mariupol.

On the Pivdennyi Buh and Tavriia fronts, the Russian army regrouped existing units in order to improve the tactical position of its troops. They are increasing fire and air defence systems, and improving engineering equipment positions. In order to prevent the transfer of units of the Ukrainian Defence Forces to other areas, the Russian army conducts demonstrative actions.

The situation on the Bessarabia front in the Transnistrian region of the Republic of Moldova has not changed.

In the Black and Azov Seas, ships of the Russian Black Sea Fleet continue to perform tasks to isolate the area of hostilities and reconnaissance.

The General Staff reported that along almost the entire front line, Russian occupying forces continue to use all available artillery and aircraft to fire on the positions of Ukrainian troops. There is destruction of civilian and military infrastructure.

The aggressors continue to carry out measures of an administrative-policing nature in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. The Russian occupying forces carried out an imitation of the celebration of the so-called "Victory Day" for the Russian media in some seized settlements.

Enemy losses exceed recruitment targets, something that is significantly affecting overall morale and  causing refusal of military personnel to continue to participate in hostilities against Ukraine.
