Quote: "During the current day, the enemy launched 14 missile strikes and more than 15 airstrikes on military and civilian facilities on the territory of our state. In particular, civilian infrastructure was damaged in the areas of Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, Voznesensk, Ochakiv and Sukhyi Stavok."

"The units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine managed to successfully repel enemy attacks in the vicinities of Krasnopillia, Bakhmutske, Bakhmut, Mayorsk, Zaitseve, Kodema, Soledar and Pervomaiske."

Details: A hostile Air Force group is fighting to support the actions of ground troops, most intensively on the Pivdennyi Buh and Donetsk fronts.

The Russians carried out attacks on military and civilian infrastructure using tanks, combat vehicles, mortars, barrel and rocket artillery, namely:

  • on the Sivershchyna front – 12 settlements in Chernihiv and Sumy oblasts, where Russians also used UAVs. The increased intensity of shelling along the state border is explained by the recent rotation of Russian artillery units on this front. In addition, the use of sabotage and reconnaissance groups in the border areas of Ukraine is not excluded;
  • on the Kharkiv front, the occupiers shelled the areas of Odnorobivka, Sosnivka, Udy, Ruski Tyshky, Petrivka, Ruska Lozova, Velyki Prokhody, Staryi Saltiv, Petrivka, Nortsivka, Husarivka, Chepil, Pokrovske. The Russians delivered air strikes in the areas of Peremoha and Husarivka. In addition, they used UAVs in the areas of the settlements of Pytomnyk, Ruska Lozova, Slatyne, Ivanivka, Balakliya, Savyntsi and Ruski Tyshky;
  • on the Sloviansk front, the Russians opened fire on the settlements of Bohorodychne, Dolyna, Krasnopillia, Nova Dmytrivka, Dmytrivka, Mazanivka, Sulyhivka, Karnaukhivka. They carried out an airstrike on Bohorodychne;
  • on the Kramatorsk front, the invaders carried out attacks in Sloviansk, Siversk, Raihorodok, Donetske, Hryhorivka, Ivano-Dariivka, Zvanivka, Spirne, Vesele, Pereizne. They also carried out air strikes near the settlements of Bohorodychne and Verkhniokamianske;
  • on the Bakhmut front, Russians carried out attacks in the areas of the settlements of Zaitseve, Bakhmutske, Soledar, Bakhmut, Yakovlivka, Bilohorivka, Vyimka and Rozdolivka;
  • on the Avdiivka front, the occupying forces attacked Novokalynove, Berdychi, Vodiane, Pervomaiske, Krasnohorovka, Avdiivka, Orlivka;
  • on the Novopavlivka front – Mariinka, Paraskoviivka, Mykilske, Vuhledar, Solodke, Shevchenko, Velyka Novosilka, Bohoyavlenka, Pavlivka, Novodonetske, Novomayorske, Neskuchne, Vremivka; Russian forces also carried out an airstrike near Novomykhailivka;
  • on the Zaporizhzhia front, the Russians attacked the vicinities of Zarichne, Shcherbaky, Novodanylivka, Bilohiria, Huliaipilske, Huliaipole, Dorozhnianka, Chervone, Poltavka, Olhivske, Novopil, Novosilka, Burlatske, Vremivka. They also carried out air strikes in the areas of Bilohirria, Poltavka and Vremivka;
  • on the Pivdennyi Buh front, the Russians continue to conduct defensive operations, firing at almost all settlements along the contact line. In addition, their forces carried out air strikes in the areas of the settlements of Lyubomyrivka, Bezimenne, Kostromka, Bilohirka, Velyke Artakove. To correct artillery fire, they actively used UAVs.

The Defence Forces of Ukraine are holding their positions and are not allowing the invaders to advance on the territory of the Ukrainian state.

Ukrainian missile forces and artillery continue to perform counter-battery activity, thwarting the invaders’ control system and logistics support. On 4 September, the damage was inflicted on control points, areas of concentration of military equipment and personnel.

During the day, to support the actions of ground groups, the Defence Forces carried out 12 strikes aimed at killing enemy personnel, destroying combat hardware and special equipment, as well as military facilities.

The General Staff also reported that the issue of replenishing losses in manpower remains a considerable one for the Russians. So, members of the Wagner Private Military Company are trying to recruit convicts to their unit in correctional colony No.124 in Donetsk.

Additionally, in the area of Kherson, servicemen of the 127th Regiment of the 1st Army Corps raised a riot and refused to fight. It is known that one of the reasons is unsatisfactory comprehensive support: while in forward positions, the personnel of this regiment were left without even water. Some of these servicemen were taken away by representatives of the Russian counterintelligence; their fate is unknown.

It became obvious why the Russian invaders so stubbornly tried to start the school year in the temporarily occupied territories. So, in the school building of Orlianske village, Zaporizhzhia region, about 70 invaders live on the first floor, while children, including first-graders, study on the second floor, and Russian military equipment is placed in the schoolyard. The educational process began on 1 September, and the situation is similar in most schools and kindergartens in the region. The occupiers cynically use our children for cover.

At the same time, despite the attempts of the invaders and their henchmen, a large number of educational institutions have not started working full-time. Propaganda events organised by collaborators on the occasion of the start of the new academic year with the participation of Russian officials also did not work.
