Quote: "The issue of material support for conscripted servicemen of the occupation forces remains problematic.

For example, a unit of the Russian Federation in which personnel are dressed partly in civilian clothing has been seen in the city of Polohy in Zaporizhzhia Oblast."

Details: The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continue to work on finding possible ways of replenishing units that have suffered losses fighting on the territory of Ukraine.

Commanders of all levels in the Russian Navy have reportedly started a campaign to persuade their personnel doing regular military service to transition to contract-based service.

Military personnel are offered generous remuneration, an improved benefits package and a guarantee of service beyond the frontline.
