Russian occupiers claim that projectile hit vicinities of "government house" in Donetsk

Russian occupiers have reported that the centre of Donetsk came under fire in the area of "House of DPR [the so-called Donetsk People’s Republic] Government" [i.e., the building of Donetsk Oblast State Administration] in the afternoon of 31 October.

Details: According to eyewitnesses, the strike has occurred near the intersection of Shchorsa Street and Vatutin Avenue. The damage to the roof of a five-storey residential building may be seen in the published photos and videos. Facades and glazing were also damaged by rubble.

According to a Russian state-controlled news outlet, at least three projectiles hit the intersection of Universytetska Street and Bohdan Khmelnytskyi Avenue, and one more projectile fell right behind the government building of the so-called DPR.
