The wife of Viacheslav Bilyi, the Azov Regiment soldier who was freed from Russian captivity during the recent prisoner swap, has given birth to a child.

Details: The mayor congratulated the young father and his wife, Olena, on the birth of their first child.
Quote: "Recently, Viacheslav returned home from Russian captivity and made it in time for an important event in their family. I wish the baby good health, God's blessing, a happy childhood and peaceful skies!".
