Ukraine's Ministry of Internal Affairs on collaborator's death: He didn't fasten his seat belt

The Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) of Ukraine has responded to the death of Kirill Stremousov, the Russian-appointed deputy head of Kherson Oblast.

• On 9 November, Russian propagandists reported the death of Kirill Stremousov, the so-called "deputy head" of the occupation "administration" of Kherson Oblast, in a car accident. Stremousov’s death was confirmed by Volodymyr Saldo, the Russian puppet head of the occupied part of Kherson Oblast.
