Situation is critical: Residents of Kyiv Oblast being prepared to long blackouts

Due to massive missile strikes in Kyiv Oblast, there is a critical situation with electricity supply, as reported by Oleksii Kuleba, Head of Kyiv Oblast Military Administration.
