Emergency blackouts have been imposed in Kyiv on Friday due to a Russian missile attack, and there are problems with the water supply.

Klitchko noted that the water supply interruptions in all districts of the capital is due to damage to the energy infrastructure.

"Specialists are working to stabilise the system. Just in case, prepare a supply of drinking and service water," he urged.
