Quote: "The IMF's support creates an opportunity for Ukraine to remain strong. It is also a weapon – an economic weapon that gives us, our society, and our business the opportunity to develop. We want the business to develop, investments to arrive, and we know that the IMF always sends the right signals through its activities," the president wrote.

"I was very impressed by the fact that the country and the government are functioning very well in these extreme conditions of invasion. I wanted to see it. When I speak to the IMF board of directors tomorrow, I will say that this is indeed a country that is doing very well and effectively, despite the terrible attack on its people and territory," the Office of the President of Ukraine writes, quoting Georgieva.
