Ukrainian President's Office on Starlink restriction for drones: Do not seek ways to harm

The Office of the President of Ukraine has urged SpaceX "not to seek ways to do harm" after the company's decision to limit the use of Starlink satellite Internet by the Armed Forces of Ukraine to control drones.
