Another Wagner Group convoy arrives in Belarus with Shchuka (Pike) armoured vehicles

Another Wagner Group convoy has arrived in Belarus. This is the 11th convoy to arrive there recently, and the first one to include Shchuka (Pike) armoured vehicles.

Details: Belaruski Hajun reported that the column was advancing via the R43 highway (and was seen at the Krichev-Cherikov stretch of the road at the time of the post).

There are at least 29 vehicles in the column, including:

  • 1 UAZ-Patriot;
  • 1 off-road vehicle;
  • 6 Shchuka armoured vehicles (also known as Ural Chekan), 1 one of them with a trailer;
  • 11 trucks;
  • 6 truck tractors (tugging 6 excavators and 1 GAZelle pickup truck);
  • 2 Ural-4320 trucks;
  • 2 KAMAZ trucks (marked with the letters Z on the hood).

Belaruski Hajun noted that the Shchuka armoured vehicles are known to be used by the Wagner Group. Previous groups of Wagner fighters that had arrived in Belarus earlier in July have not had the Shchukas with them.

Belaruski Hajun suggested that the Wagner convoy might travel along one of the two routes:

  • Russian/Belarusian border – the R43 highway (via Cherikov, Dovsk, Bobruysk) – the M5 highway – the camp in the village of Tsel;
  • Russian/Belarusian border – the R43 highway (via Krichev and Cherikov) – the R122 highway (via Chausy and Mogilev) – the M8 and R93 highways (Mogilev to Bobruysk) – the camp in the village of Tsel.
