US transfers $1.25 billion in grant funds to Ukraine
Ukraine has received another grant from the United States through the Multi-Donor Trust Fund of the World Bank in the amount of US$1.25 billion.

Details: The department reiterated that this year, Ukraine has already received $8.45 billions in grant funds of direct budget support from the USA. Since the beginning of the full-scale war, it received $20.4 billions in grant funds from the United States.
Quote: "Irrevocable financial assistance from the United States is an extremely important element in supporting the state budget of Ukraine during the resistance to full-scale aggression of the Russian Federation", noted Serhii Marchenko, Minister of Finance.
According to him, the next grant will help the Ukrainian government to reimburse priority expenditures in the social and humanitarian spheres.
Quote: "We are extremely grateful to the Government and taxpayers of the United States of America for their solidarity and unprecedented support for Ukraine in this defining period for our country," Marchenko summed up.
