European Council Secretary General condemns Russian attack on high-rise building in Kryvyi Rih
Marija Pejčinović Burić, Secretary General of the Council of Europe, has condemned Russia's latest missile attack on Kryvyi Rih, which claimed the lives of six people.

Background: On the morning of 31 July, Russian forces attacked Kryvyi Rih with two ballistic missiles: one hit a residential high-rise building, and the other hit an educational institution.
The search and rescue operation was completed in the evening. The final data indicates that 6 people were killed, including a child, and 75 were injured.
