Zelenskyy convenes meeting of Supreme Commander-in-Chief's Staff to discuss defence fortifications and weapons production

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has convened a meeting of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief’s Staff. Among other issues, participants discussed defence fortifications and weapons production.

Quote from Zelenskyy: "I held a meeting [of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief’s Staff]. Different issues and different aspects of defence [were discussed]. [The meeting] lasted nearly three hours.

The issues around the military, veterans, brigades, defence fortifications, and weapons manufacture [were discussed].

We are also working to implement all agreements with our partners concerning new weapons manufacturing – [setting up] joint production facilities and a joint repairs platform. Our goal is to strengthen Ukraine as much as possible, with every month adding to our defence capabilities."
