Denmark to allocate €4.7 million for repairing power facilities in two oblasts of Ukraine
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark will transfer a supplementary grant of about €4.7 million to the Ukraine Energy Support Fund for quick restoration of critical power infrastructure facilities in frontline Mykolaiv and Kharkiv oblasts.

Details: Reportedly, the total amount of donors' listed and announced contributions to the Fund is currently valued at over €551 million.
"Denmark became the first sponsor of the Ukraine Energy Support Fund by contributing to the restoration of the Ukrainian energy sector back in April 2022," Herman Halushchenko, Minister of Energy of Ukraine, stated.
Background:
This year, Ukraine needs US$9.5 billion more to fund urgent repair needs. The sectors that need this funding are the defence industry, energy, damaged households, agriculture, natural resources, digital technologies, and the IT sector.
