Russian missile attack on Dnipro: number of casualties rises to 28

The number of casualties in the city of Dnipro following a Russian strike on 28 March has increased to 28. Dnipro has declared 30 March as a day of mourning for the four people killed in the attack.

Details: Nine people remain in hospital, with two in a serious condition.

The information obtained by Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Military Administration indicates that the Russians struck the city of Nikopol with Grad multiple-launch rocket systems around midnight. A business and an out-of-school educational institution have sustained damage.
