Russia and Ukraine to exchange nearly 500 prisoners on 19 April, Sky News says

A Sky News source has reported that a 246-for-246 prisoner swap between Russia and Ukraine is planned for 19 April.

Details: The Sky News source stated that the exchange is being arranged with the mediation of the United Arab Emirates.
Each side is expected to exchange 246 prisoners, including 46 wounded soldiers.
