Russians attack energy facilities in Vinnytsia Oblast, leaving 29 settlements without electricity – photo

A large-scale Russian nighttime attack has left 29 settlements in Vinnytsia Oblast without electricity on 28 August.

Quote from Zabolotna: "The enemy attacked critical infrastructure in Vinnytsia Oblast overnight. As a result of strikes on energy facilities, 60,000 consumers in 29 settlements have been left without power. Residential buildings have also been damaged."

Details: Emergency services are working at the scenes, and repair and recovery operations are ongoing.

Zabolotna said that as of this morning, no reports of casualties had been received.

Update: Later, the State Emergency Service reported that as of 10:00, seventeen settlements in Vinnytsia Oblast had been left without power due to strike.
