Russia attacks Zaporizhzhia: over 20 injured, fires raging – photos

The Russians attacked the city of Zaporizhzhia on the night of 27-28 September, injuring 21 people.

Details: Fedorov said that a fire had broken out in one of the city’s districts as a result of the Russian attack on Zaporizhzhia.
Quote: "The Russians carried out at least four strikes on the city.
A petrol station and its equipment have been damaged."



Update: Later, Fedorov added that one of the Russian strikes had hit a house.
He said that one person had been injured.
Fedorov later clarified that two men and a woman had sought medical assistance.

Update: After 05:30, Fedorov reported that the Russians were continuing to attack Zaporizhzhia.
He added that the blast wave had damaged an educational institution, while a fire had broken out in a multi-storey residential building. The number of injured had risen to four.
Quote: "As a result of the attack, industrial facilities belonging to a business and a multi-storey residential building were damaged. Apartments in the building are on fire."
Update: Later, Fedorov stated that the number of injured following the Russian strikes had risen to eight.
He later summed up that during the night, nine houses and 14 multi-storey residential buildings, as well as non-residential premises, had been damaged as a result of the Russian attack.
After 08:00, it became known that 21 people had been injured in Zaporizhzhia, including three children. Two people are in a serious condition.
Background: On the evening of 26 September, Russian forces attacked a civilian infrastructure facility in the city of Zaporizhzhia.
