Two people killed and 20 injured in Russian attacks on four Ukrainian oblasts

Russian forces conducted a large-scale attack on Ukrainian oblasts on 28 September. Kherson, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk and Kharkiv oblasts were targeted. Two people have been killed and 20 injured.

Details: The Russians used artillery, drones and aircraft to attack dozens of settlements in Kherson Oblast. Residential buildings, infrastructure facilities and cars were damaged. Five people were injured.
Russian forces injured 11 residents in Donetsk Oblast. The total number of casualties from the Russian attacks in Donetsk Oblast does not include those in Mariupol and Volnovakha.
A 44-year-old man was injured in a drone attack on the Synelnykove district in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. An office building, a hotel and several houses were on fire and a car was destroyed. The Russians attacked the Myrove and Pokrovske hromadas in the Nikopol district with heavy artillery and drones. Houses and outbuildings were damaged, but there were no casualties. Five settlements in Kharkiv Oblast came under attack. Two people were killed and three injured, including a child. A 44-year-old man was killed and a 41-year-old woman and a 14-year-old girl were injured in Slatyne in the Derhachi hromada. A 67-year-old woman was injured in Shevchenkove and a 79-year-old man was killed in Borshchova in the Lypetska hromada.
The Russians used aerial bombs, Molniya drones, FPV drones and other UAVs to attack Kharkiv Oblast. Houses, a car in the Kharkiv district and a grain elevator in Kupiansk were damaged.
