Woman, 60, killed in Russian drone attack on Sumy Oblast

Russian forces launched a drone attack on civilian infrastructure in the Shalyhyne hromada of the Shostka district in Sumy Oblast at around 15:00 on 29 September. Details: A pre-trial investigation into war crimes causing a person's death is being conducted under the procedural supervision of the Shostka District Prosecutor's Office (Article 438.2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

The prosecutors, in cooperation with other law enforcement agencies, are documenting the aftermath of the attack.

The pre-trial investigation is being conducted by investigators from the Shostka District Police Department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Sumy Oblast.
