Russia attacks Ukraine with 65 drones overnight: 46 downed, 6 locations hit

Russian forces launched an attack with 65 strike UAVs, including Shahed, Gerbera and other drones, on the night of 29-30 September.

Details: As of 09:00, Ukrainian air defence had shot down and suppressed 46 Russian UAVs of the Shahed, Gerbera and other types over Ukraine's north, south, east and centre.

Nineteen strike drones hit six locations, while debris from downed drones fell in two more locations.

The attack is ongoing – new groups of strike UAVs have entered from the north and east.

The air attack is being repelled by Ukrainian aircraft, electronic warfare and drone units, as well as mobile fire groups of the defence forces.
