Zelenskyy awards brigadier general rank to 3rd Army Corps commander

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has awarded the rank of Brigadier General to Andrii Biletskyi, Commander of the 3rd Army Corps (formerly known as the 3rd Assault Brigade) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Quote from the decree: "The military rank of Brigadier General shall be conferred to Colonel Andrii Biletskyi, Commander of the 3rd Army Corps of Operational Command Skhid (East) of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine."
