Zelenskyy awards brigadier general rank to 3rd Army Corps commander

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has awarded the rank of Brigadier General to Andrii Biletskyi, Commander of the 3rd Army Corps (formerly known as the 3rd Assault Brigade) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Quote from the decree: "The military rank of Brigadier General shall be conferred to Colonel Andrii Biletskyi, Commander of the 3rd Army Corps of Operational Command Skhid (East) of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine."

Details: In other decrees, President Zelenskyy awarded the following ranks:

• Brigadier General to Colonel Yurii Raltsev, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Ground Forces Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
• Brigadier General to Colonel Yurii Dremukh, Chief of the Operations Department of the National Guard Main Directorate.
• Brigadier General to Colonel Viktor Nazaruk, Head of the Security Service Directorate in Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast.
• Major General to Brigadier General Yevhen Ostrianskyi, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
• Major General to Brigadier General Hennadii Shapovalov, Commander of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
• Major General to Brigadier General Yurii Petriv, Head of the Southern Regional Department of the State Border Guard Service.
