Russia expands Shahed drone launch site in Bryansk Oblast – OSINT analysts

Russia is expanding a launch site for Shahed-type drones in the town of Navlya in Bryansk Oblast.

Quote: "The expansion of a launch site for Shahed-type UAVs in Navlya, Bryansk Oblast. On new SAR satellite images (not for public release), we have identified 18 new structures that serve as a 'garage' for the drone as well as two stationary launchers."

Details: Dnipro Osint reported that the new facilities are located one kilometre from the original site, which has a dedicated road for launching UAVs. In addition, three underground storage facilities for warheads have been constructed.

The site is located 75 km from the Ukrainian border.
