Quote: "As of early October, Ukrainian forces using Wild Hornets drones had destroyed 153 tanks, 231 armoured vehicles, 124 artillery systems or multiple-launch rocket systems, 669 vehicles and ammunition storage points, more than 600 Shahed and Gerbera drones, 1,268 reconnaissance and strike drones, 4 air defence systems and multiple Russian positions and killed over 1,000 enemy personnel."
Details: The manufacturer clarified that these figures are based on open-source data.
Wild Hornets has developed several drones, including the Queen of Hornets, a multifunctional drone platform introduced in the summer of 2024. It can serve as a bomber, kamikaze drone, or cargo drone. In spring 2025, the Ukrainian Armed Forces first used the Queen of Hornets equipped with a grenade launcher in combat.
Another development is the Sting interceptor, designed to counter Russian Shahed drones. The Ukrainian drone is equipped with an AI-guided targeting system and can reach speeds of over 315 km/h.
The manufacturer also collaborates with the community founded by Ukrainian activist Serhii Sternenko, which raises funds to help buy new drones for various units of the Ukrainian defence forces.
