Russian forces strike energy infrastructure in Kharkiv

Russian troops have attacked energy infrastructure in one of the districts in the city of Kharkiv.

Quote: "The aggressor state continues its terrorist strikes on energy facilities. Last night, a large-scale drone attack targeted one of Kharkiv's districts."

Details: Kharkivoblenergo specialist employees began to address the aftermath of the strike as soon as conditions on the ground were safe.

The company has encouraged residents affected by the outages to stay calm and patient as repairs progress.

Background: The city of Kharkiv came under a large-scale Russian drone attack on the evening of 5 October. Four people had been injured and parts of the city had been left without power and water supply.
