Gas supply has been restored in Shostka in Sumy Oblast following large-scale Russian attacks on the city's civilian infrastructure.

Details: Meanwhile, gas supply in the village of Voronizh will be restored once repairs at one of the damaged gas facilities are completed. Repair work there is still ongoing.

Background: Russian forces conducted a large-scale attack on Poltava and Sumy oblasts on the night of 6-7 October, damaging railway infrastructure and energy facilities. A locomotive depot and rolling stock were hit in Poltava.
