Russian forces have struck energy infrastructure in Kyiv Oblast. Two employees of DTEK, the largest private energy company in Ukraine, have been injured in a strike on a substation in the Boryspil district.

Details: The two employees were taken to hospital. Early reports indicate that one of the power engineers sustained shrapnel wounds to the head, chest, arms and legs, while the other suffered an ear injury and multiple abrasions.
