Russians attack Sumy district with drones, injuring two civilians

Russian forces have once again used drones to attack civilian facilities in the Sumy district of Sumy Oblast, injuring two people.

Two people have been injured – a 50-year-old man and a 45-year-old woman as a result of a strike by an enemy drone in the Yunakivka hromada. They have been taken to hospital with injuries. Details: In addition, a Russian drone attacked a car near the local administrative area centred in the village of Stetskivka. No one was injured, but the vehicle was completely destroyed.

Hryhorov urged residents of border settlements where evacuation had previously taken place not to return home, as Russian forces continue to carry out targeted strikes on civilian infrastructure.

Five civilians have been killed and 44 injured, including five children, in Russian attacks on Sumy Oblast since the beginning of October, Hryhorov said.
