Five settlements in Kirovohrad Oblast have been left without electricity following a Russian strike on critical infrastructure.

Quote: "The enemy continues to destroy critical infrastructure facilities in the oblast. This time, in the Dolynska and Nova Praha hromadas… Some buildings were damaged. Details: Raikovych said the fires at the facilities had been extinguished. Early reports indicate that there were no casualties.
