Russians hit critical infrastructure in Kirovohrad Oblast, leaving five settlements without power

Five settlements in Kirovohrad Oblast have been left without electricity following a Russian strike on critical infrastructure.

Quote: "The enemy continues to destroy critical infrastructure facilities in the oblast. This time, in the Dolynska and Nova Praha hromadas… Some buildings were damaged. Five settlements are without power." [A hromada is an administrative unit designating a village, several villages, or a town, and their adjacent territories – ed.]

Details: Raikovych said the fires at the facilities had been extinguished. Early reports indicate that there were no casualties.

Emergency services are working at the scene.
