Russia attacks energy infrastructure in two Ukrainian oblasts

Russian forces struck energy infrastructure facilities in Kharkiv and Sumy oblasts on the night of 13-14 October.

As of 14 October, electricity consumption restrictions remain in place in Chernihiv Oblast.
