Russians tighten filtration measures in temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine – Ukraine's National Resistance Center

Russian administrations have significantly stepped up filtration measures in temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, expanding comprehensive checks aimed at the forced registration of the local population.

Details: A sharp intensification of repression against local residents has been recorded in temporarily occupied territories. Filtration measures, which were previously conducted mainly at checkpoints, have now spread to businesses and institutions. In particular, municipal services have received direct instructions to identify among their employees and service users those who have not obtained Russian citizenship.
