Russia attacks coal mine in Ukraine's Dnipropetrovsk Oblast

Russian forces have struck Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, hitting a coal mine belonging to DTEK, the largest private energy company in Ukraine.

Details: At the time of the attack, 192 workers were underground. The evacuation of miners to the surface is currently underway.
