Group of Russians entered centre of Pokrovsk and killed several civilians

Russian troops have violated international humanitarian law and killed several civilians in the city of Pokrovsk, Donetsk Oblast.

Details: The joint strike and search group of the defence forces detected the Russians and wiped them out the moment they were hiding in one of the buildings of the railway station.

It is reported that the defence of Pokrovsk has now been reinforced with additional forces and equipment. Special groups are constantly screening potential entry points into the city and have intensified patrols.

According to the 7th Rapid Deployment Corps, in the past 2 days Ukrainian soldiers have killed 14 Russians who managed to enter Pokrovsk.

Quote: "We urge civilians who are still in Pokrovsk not to move around the city unless absolutely necessary.

In the area of responsibility of the 7th Rapid Deployment Corps of the Air Assault Forces, the situation remains tense. The Russians are trying to expand the 'grey zone' around Pokrovsk and are attempting to enter the city from several directions."

Background: Earlier reports indicated that Russian forces had significantly increased the number of guided aerial bomb strikes on Ukrainian logistics routes using tactical aviation.
