Details: Local authorities in Slavutych reported power outages and a lack of water supply.
Chernihivvodokanal, a water utility company in the city of Chernihiv, has urged residents to immediately stock up on drinking water, warning that temporary water supply disruptions may occur soon.
Later, Kalashnyk confirmed that Slavutych had been temporarily left without power.
Power engineers are working to repair the damage and restore electricity.
