Russians strike energy facility in Odesa Oblast, causing significant damage – photo, video
Russian forces have attacked an Odesa Oblast energy facility belonging to DTEK, the largest private energy company in Ukraine, causing significant damage.

Details: Power engineers have reconnected critical infrastructure facilities and residential buildings to backup lines where technically possible.
"Power has been restored to 14,200 households," DTEK stated.
The State Emergency Service added that fires had broken out at energy and port infrastructure facilities in Izmail. As of now, 23 invincibility centres are operating in the city. [Invincibility centres are heated premises stocked with food and power banks to assist residents facing hardships due to power cuts – ed.]
"Fortunately, no casualties have been recorded," the State Emergency Service added.
